Restaurant Information 

What are the hours of operation for LongHorn Steakhouse®?
LongHorn Steakhouse® locations are open seven days a week. We open for lunch at 11:00 a.m. and begin serving dinner at 4:00 p.m. Our normal closing time Sunday through Thursday is 10:00 p.m. while on Friday and Saturday, we stay open until 11:00 p.m. Please note that closing hours may vary by region so check with your local LongHorn Steakhouse® to be sure.

What are typical Holiday Hours at LongHorn Steakhouse®? We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day to allow our team members to spend time with their family and friends. On Christmas Eve, we close at 8 p.m. We are open normal business hours on all other holidays.

How can I find a LongHorn Steakhouse® location, or the phone number and address for a specific location?

Can I make a reservation?
LongHorn Steakhouse® does not accept reservations but we offer Call-Ahead waiting which allows guests to call and add their name to the wait list. This reduces the wait time at the restaurant. Please use our Restaurant Locator to find the phone number of your local LongHorn Steakhouse®.

Does LongHorn® take large group reservations?
Though reservations are not accepted at LongHorn Steakhouse®, there are some times more likely than others that we will be able to accommodate a party of your size. A phone call to a restaurant manager is the best way to determine how quickly your party may be seated. The best time to reach a manager is between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Restaurant Visit 

Can I get a copy of my receipt?
For itemized receipts within 90 days, please contact the manager of the location you visited. Location information including phone numbers may be found here. Please enter the city and state (or zip code) and a list of locations with phone numbers will be displayed. The best time to reach a manager is between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

For signed copies of credit/debit card receipts, you will need to contact the bank that issued the card to obtain a copy. Your bank card should have a toll-free customer service number on the back you may call for assistance.

I left something at the restaurant; can you tell me if anyone found it?

General Questions

  • What are the benefits of becoming a member?

    You’re going to love this. First, you can earn and redeem your points at participating locations at any of our seven restaurants—Bahama Breeze®, Eddie V’s®, LongHorn Steakhouse®, Olive Garden®, Seasons 52®, The Capital Grille® or Yard House®. You’ll also get a free dessert from us to help celebrate your birthday and be eligible for member-exclusive promotions.

  • Is there a fee to participate in the program?

    We wouldn’t think of it. That’s why it’s free to join and participate at any of our participating locations. View full list of participating locations.

  • How do I become a member?

    It’s simple. Just visit a participating restaurant and sign up with a server, or at Your mobile phone number will be your unique identifier, so earning and redeeming points is easy. If you enrolled in restaurant with only a phone number, be sure to compete your enrollment online so you can take full advantage of the program, including being able to redeem your points.

  • How soon after I join will I get my welcome bonus points?

    Immediately. Just complete the enrollment online and your points will be deposited.

  • What if I visit restaurants that aren’t participating in the program?

    At this point you are only able to earn and redeem at the select locations that are participating in the program. View full list of participating locations.

Earning Points

  • How do I earn points?

    Let your server know you are a member of the rewards program and provide your phone number. You’ll earn 1 point for every 1 dollar spent on eligible items. You can also earn points for, to-go and catering orders, where applicable. Certain items are not eligible to earn points such as gift cards, merchandise, tax and gratuity or charitable items. Earning points on alcohol is subject to state and location laws and varies by location.

  • What information do I give the restaurant to locate my account?

    Just give provide your mobile number and that’s it.

  • After my visit, are points deposited immediately?

    It may take up to 48 hours for points to appear in your account.

  • I forgot to tell the server I’m a member. How can I get points for my visit?

    No worries, you have 30 days from your visit to submit a request at Please include your mobile phone number and a few details from your check—location, check number and date. Requests must be made within 30 days of the original transaction.

  • Can I earn points on catering, online orders, to-go orders and private dining?

    Yes, yes, and yes. You will earn 1 point for every 1 dollar spent for your catering, online and to-go orders. You will earn ½ point for every 1 dollar spent for your private and group dining transactions at select participating restaurants.

  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

    What fun is that? Earn as many points as you possibly can.

  • Do my points or rewards expire?

    Points expire only if there are no purchases at any participating brand or location (whether with dollars, rewards points or reward certificates) within a 120 day period. Reward certificates will be valid through the expiration date specified on the reward.

  • Can I purchase points?

    Purchasing points is not available.

  • What are exclusive offers?

    Exclusive offers are a great way to earn even more points or reward certificates. Be sure to check your account often to see what offers are available for you.

Redeeming Points

  • How do I redeem my points?

    Redeeming is easy. Simply login at and navigate to and pick your desired reward. When you come to dine, let your server know you want to apply the reward. Your reward will be credited to your check. When making a To Go order, login at and navigate to before starting your order. During the checkout process you will be able to review the rewards available. Simply select the desired reward and it will be automatically credited to your check.

  • What type of rewards can I redeem points for?

    You can redeem your points for a variety of items such as free appetizers, entrées, desserts, and more at LongHorn Steakhouse. You can also redeem for reward certificates in denominations of $10, $25 and $50 off at all participating restaurants. Be sure to check back as we may add new rewards.

  • Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can get?

    You can redeem for as many rewards as your points will allow. You can only use one reward per visit.

  • Can I use more than one reward at a time?

    Only one reward can be used per visit.

  • Can I combine my rewards with any other offers (e.g. coupons)?

    Your rewards cannot be combined with any other offer, reward or coupon.

  • Can I sell my points?

    We can’t imagine why you would want to sell your hard earned points—so no, they are just for you.

  • Once I redeem my points, does my reward have an expiration date?

    Yes, there are expiration dates associated with the rewards, be sure to check each one as they may vary.

  • Can I redeem my points during my dining experience?

    Yes, absolutely. Your server would be happy to help.

Account Questions


  • Does the LongHorn Steakhouse Rewards program replace the eClub?

    No, it does not. You will still continue to receive great offers as you previously did.

  • If I’m already a member of the eClub, am I automatically enrolled in the program?

    We need a few more details, therefore you need to enroll into the program even if you are already a member of our eClub.

  • What happens to my eClub account if I never join the program?

    You will continue to receive email communications from us.

Nutritional Information 

Where can I find allergen or specific ingredient information?
For any allergen or other ingredient questions, please contact Guest Relations. We will be happy to research specific recipes for you to make sure you have the most accurate ingredient information possible.

What menu items contain gluten or wheat?
We've provided a downloadable and printable version of our gluten-wise menu for our U.S. restaurants here.

Since recipes sometimes change, we update this version of the menu regularly. Check back before your next visit to LongHorn Steakhouse® for the most current information.

Where can I find nutritional information for menu items?
Visit our Nutrition Page for nutritional information. We've calculated nutritional information based on the entrée as it is described in our menu without changes or substitutions. We consider one entrée and all its contents to be one serving.

How did you calculate the nutritional data?
A laboratory that specializes in nutritional analysis evaluated each dish multiple times. The nutritional information will include all items detailed in the item description. For items offering your choice of a side dish, you would need to add in those counts as well. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our food and any guest substitutions or special requests, it's possible there could be minor fluctuations in the figures provided.

Do your gift cards expire or have any maintenance fees?
Our gift cards do not expire or have any type of maintenance fees.

Can my LongHorn Steakhouse® gift card be used at another Darden Restaurant?
Yes, your LongHorn Steakhouse® gift card can be redeemed at any Darden restaurant - Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, The Capital Grille, Yardhouse, Eddie V's or Seasons 52.

What can I do if I lost my gift card?
We are sorry to say, but we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
