At LongHorn, we believe in Steak Done Right. We start with fresh, never frozen, steak, but we don’t stop there. We only use the finest ingredients in our steakhouse, from fresh chicken and fish, to seasonal vegetables picked at the peak of ripeness. Doing things the right way isn’t always easy, but that’s never stopped us. 
Every Guest deserves to know what's in their food, especially those with food allergies. We keep our food allergen information as up-to-date as possible, based on the information provided by our suppliers. However, because LongHorn menu items are made fresh to order, food may come into contact with allergens during preparation and cooking.
