½ cup water ¼ cup white sugar 1 cinnamon stick 1 pound pineapple, peeled and ½” diced ½ cup raisins 1 – 14 oz can Whole Cranberries

Bring water, sugar and cinnamon to a boil. Add diced pineapple and raisins and simmer for 5 minutes; remove from heat and refrigerate Once pineapple is completely chilled add cranberries and combine to evenly mix
